HTML advertising material must be delivered as standard HTML file. Head files (<head>...</head>) as well as the tags have to be removed and moved into the body part. If the background color of the advertising materials should be placed, then this should happened at the background color of a surrounded table or other appropriate elements (<div>). All click possibilities are through the placeholder %url% or a suitable other placeholder to replace. The click URL(s) is/are notified separately. As target window (target="") is _blank to use. If forms are used, then the form target (action="") has also to be provided by the corresponding placeholder; GET must be used as a method (method="").

A simple example for a HTML advertising material:

<a href="%url%" target="_blank">Klick mich!</a>

A slightly more complex HTML-advertising material:
<table border="0" width="468" height="60" bgcolor="#008000">
    <td><form action="%posttarget%" method="GET" target="_blank">
    <input type="hidden" name="pid" value="%pid%">
    <input type="hidden" name="wsid" value="%wsid%">
    <input type="hidden" name="uid" value="%uid%">
    <input type="hidden" name="kid" value="%kid%">
    <input type="hidden" name="wmid" value="%wmid%">
    Ich suche: <input type="text" name="q"><input type="submit"></form></td>

The corresponding target URL might look like this:

Hereby with the sending of the form you will be referred to
and then forwarded to
but %q% will be replaced through the content of the form field "q" (search field).

By using of the forms you should notice, that for identification of the placement the parameter pid,wsid, uid, kid and wmid are integrated in form of placeholders in the form (usually via hidden input).
